Dr Lasni Kumarasinghe
BDS, DClinDent(Ortho)
Dr Lasni is a qualified, specialist orthodontist who is passionate about orthodontics. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Orthodontics and is focussed on exploring new technologies and furthering her skills and knowledge by regularly attending professional development courses and conferences.
What Dr Lasni finds most rewarding in orthodontics is being able to provide a beaming smile and self-confidence to patients. She enjoys the challenge of orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning and working toward the final result. Her gentle, caring and consultative approach in providing orthodontic care to patients is the perfect fit with the values of the MySmile team.
Dr Lasni has recently moved back to Sydney to be closer with her family after working in metro Adelaide, regional communities in South Australia and volunteering in Cambodia. She loves travelling as she enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, foods, and experiences and understanding how other countries’ histories have shaped our own.
On top of her travelling appetite, Dr Lasni also enjoys hiking, cooking and entertaining.
Treatment Co-ordinators
Our treatment coordinators will meet you when you first come in as a new patient. They work alongside Dr Lasni, during your initial consultation carefully taking records and notes. They are there to help coordinate your initial appointments and are available to answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment. Our treatment coordinators bring with them a great deal of experience in the dental field. They have excellent communication skills, positive attitudes and of course big warm smiles.
